Harley-Davidson of Scottsdale has a rare opportunity for an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to join our team!

Located in a state-of-the-art 150,000-square-foot facility, Harley-Davidson of Scottsdale is recognized as the world’s largest Harley-Davidson dealership. Known for delivering an exceptional customer experience, our dealership features unique amenities including a tattoo studio, wedding chapel, and movie theater. We are also deeply committed to our community, proudly supporting numerous charitable organizations and hosting fundraising events throughout the year.

We are seeking a Parts Manager who can elevate our team of experienced Parts Advisors while driving sales, operational excellence, and outstanding customer satisfaction. Previous management experience within a Harley-Davidson dealership is strongly preferred.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all day-to-day operations of the Parts Department

Drive parts and accessories sales while maintaining exceptional customer service standards

Oversee inventory control, ordering, and merchandising of genuine Harley-Davidson parts and accessories

Support the Service Department by ensuring timely availability of service parts

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless dealership operations and uphold our reputation for excellence


Qualifications:

Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills with the ability to build lasting relationships

Experience working in a Harley-Davidson dealership, preferably in a management role

Proven leadership, organizational, and team collaboration abilities

Proficiency with inventory management systems and related tools

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in inventory management are a plus


Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Ability to occasionally balance, maneuver, or push motorcycles weighing 600+ lbs
